As of September 8th, we have officially returned to the bubble. This ends our Beagle Point expedition. Expedition Commander Digitalmind extends his thanks for joining us on our first public expedition. All participants are welcome to continue hanging out in our Discord as guests. Homeward bound, exploration!
We had plenty of great photos from our explorers. As usual, there were some shenanigans. For example, Digitalmind parked less than 4 megameters from a neutron star. That’s only 2,361 miles (3,800 km). This is approximately the distance between Los Angeles, CA and New York City.
Trouble in the Bubble
As everyone is likely aware, there’s been some trouble brewing in the bubble during our return trip. Salvation went and tried to nuke the Thargoids from existence, only for them to play the Reverse UNO card and wipe out the allied fleet.
Now there’s three “Stargoids” en route to the bubble which are suspected to be the vanguard of a full-scale Thargoid invasion. Cmdr Digitalmind has already begun the process of gearing up for anti-xeno warfare and there are plans to take either the USS Minbari or Cptn Malcolm Reynolds’ Serenity into a hot zone for some AX combat.
